Alise Ashby is a British pianist, composer, and songwriter currently based in New England. Known for her multi-instrumental talents, her work has been featured in commercials and films.

While living in London and studying part-time at The Guildhall School of Music & Drama, Alise spent countless hours in the recording studio, refining her compositions. After relocating to Boston in 1999, she wrote and released her debut album Moonlight in Vermont, a collection of New Age instrumentals produced with NewSound Music in Vermont.

In 2016, Alise released her cinematic orchestral album Far & Beyond, followed by a New Age/Jazz EP titled Diamonds later that same year. Between 2018 and 2019, she recorded and released a series of singles that became Jazz Collection #1.

In July 2020, Alise responded to the world's pressing need for unity with her pop single Gotta Learn to Love. Later that year, in December, she released the heartfelt ballad I Will Carry You, addressing the profound loss experienced by many during the pandemic.
