Peter Sheridan is originally from NYC, and now resides in Melbourne, Australia. He has many classical recordings receiving accolades on low flutes on the Move Music label, and has commissioned over 100 compositions for low flutes. Sheridan’s music has been heard on radio stations throughout Australia. As a low flute specialist he is a lifetime member and head of the low flutes committee for the National Flute Association, based in the US. He performs as well as teaches while on tour in the US and Australia. The most rare flute in his collection is the hyperbass flute, with only three currently made in the world.
